Originally from Dublin, I grew up playing Gaelic football and basketball and at 16 I decided to pursue higher education in London studying Dance and Musical Theatre. After receiving First Class Honors I became a Level 3 Personal Trainer.All of these areas leave me with an abundance of knowledge that I use to help numerous people of all different backgrounds with many different goals.
